2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging with our services, you confirm that:

• You are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

3. Scope of Services

• Services will be provided as per agreed proposals, contracts, or scope documents.
• Timelines, deliverables, and pricing are subject to mutual agreement.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
• Ensure you own or have rights to all materials shared with Zeyone
• Respond promptly to approvals, inputs, and feedback
• Use deliverables only for lawful purposes

Zeyone is not responsible for delays caused by missing client inputs.

5. Payments & Billing

• All fees are to be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Taxes (GST or other applicable taxes) are the client’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All custom work remains Zeyone’s intellectual property until full payment is received.
• After payment, ownership transfers as agreed in the contract.
• Zeyone retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
• Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent unless legally required.

8. AI & Automation Disclaimer

• AI-driven solutions and automation tools are built to assist, not guarantee results.
• Outcomes may vary based on data quality, market conditions, and user behavior.
• Zeyone does not guarantee specific business, revenue, or performance results.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zeyone shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, hosting providers, APIs, etc.)

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate third-party platforms or tools. Zeyone is not responsible for:

• Third-party service outages or policy changes
• Data or performance managed by third-party platforms

11. Termination

Zeyone reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not cleared
• Illegal or unethical use is detected

Clients may terminate services with prior written notice as per contract terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts in India.

13. Modifications

Zeyone reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
